Young Girls & Sex

June 15, 2006 -- Girls with an older boyfriend at a young age may be more likely to have sex by ninth grade.
And those with a serious boyfriend by seventh grade are also more likely to have had sex two grades later.
So says a study in June's issue of Perspectives on Sexual and Reproductive Health. Researchers included Barbara Marin, PhD, a consultant at the CDC's violence prevention division.
In their study, Marin and colleagues found that seventh grade girls who have had a serious boyfriend their own age are three times as likely to have sex by ninth grade as their less precocious classmates.
What's more, girls who'd had an older boyfriend by seventh grade were twice as likely to have had sex by ninth grade as those who'd had a same-age boyfriend by seventh grade.

What are beauty tips for a young girl?Answer
Less is best, meaning ... don't plaster make-up on your face. When young little make-up is needed. The best thing you can do is go to a professional make-up artist. You need to learn the tricks of the trade. Your skin should look like it doesn't have make-up on it (and, if you are blessed with good coloring and clear skin you don't need foundation on your face.) Like eye shadows can enhance your eyes and the right mascara, and soft lipstick or chapstick (depending how old you are) with a gloss over top. Stay fresh and dewy, because trust me, you don't stay that way for long.
Good luck hon Marcy
Well the first thing you must always know is to use less make up and look natural.

Beauty Tip Number TWO

Never wear cheap cosmetics. For $10 you can get six or seven Wet & Wild cosmetic items, or you can get one good lipstick. You'll look way better if you just buy the one good lipstick. Also, cheap makeup has cheap ingredients in it that can clog your pores. Almay, Cover Girl, L'Oreal, Maybelline and Revlon are all good, reasonably-priced cosmetics. If you wear foundation, Cover Girl Clean Makeup is the best kind for a young person to get; it won't clog your pores the way some makeups will, it's got some kind of medication in it that helps keep you from getting zits, and it's not expensive. Only use this if your skin is all blotchy and strange-looking; if you have nice even coloration, just wear powder.

TIP NUMBER

Beauty Tip Number Three: Get a really great haircut, one that's versatile--you should be able to wear it different ways. At the same time, don't get one that's so complicated you need to get up two hours early to style it before you go to school.
Beauty Tip Number Four: Buy your blusher at a department store cosmetics counter. This is the hardest single cosmetic to choose--if it's too dark you look trashy, if it's too light it doesn't have any effect.
Beauty Tip Number Five: Spend money on good brushes. The ones they give you with the product don't do a good job. If you get a set of good brushes and clean the makeup out of them every few days, they'll last you for years. The way to pick out a good brush is to go to a store that has some on display you can hold. Hold it in your hand like you will when you use it, and draw it across your hand. If it feels good to hold, and it feels good when you draw it across your hand, it'll be good to use.
Beauty Tip Number Six: Don't wear ugly clothes!
Beauty Tip Number Seven: Smile! That's what lip products are for--to frame your great smile!
Beauty Tip Number Eight: Get enough sleep. They call it "beauty sleep" for a reason.
Beauty Tip Number Nine: Subtlety is important here. Don't wear a lot of anything--makeup, jewelry, hair stuff...I see girls with twenty earrings in each ear and think, "one in each lobe would have been plenty!"
Beauty Tip Number Ten: Fashion is supposed to be fun. If your makeup, jewelry, clothes and hair are not fun for you, figure out how to make them that way.
END

After years of being a makeup artist. The rule stands true. There are no rules to makeup, only rules of thumb. Nothing called "too anything".I disagree with telling anyone how to wear their foundation/blush/powder/eyeliner/eyeshadow. Makeup is subjective. Everyone has their own makeup style. Many light people tend to go light/lighter or mix it with a luminzer to make themselves brighter/radiant/porcelin like. A great example of this would be dita von teese, who even stays out the sun to maintain her light skintone and wears light foundation. Others prefer to be dark/darker and darken in the sun or use bronzer all over their skintone. Different people have different preferences. If I spelled "Horse" "Howrse" than there is no "ifs" "and" or "buts" because grammar isnt subjective. What is wrong is wrong! However. Makeup is subjective. I hate nude lips. Does that mean its right to say "dont wear nude lips" ? No.
I might not like it but someone else might. There is no rule to makeup. Thats the beauty of being a makeup artist. There are soo many different styles.
I hate bronzer. But maybe there is someone who loves that deep bronzed look. I cant go to them and say "dont go soo deep in the bronzer" and say its "constructive". There are soo many different styles.who is anyone to tell someone theyre wearing a too light or too dark foundation, because there is no such thing. Nicole and Sam from pixiwoo(huge makeupartists in Britain) sometimes wear paler or darker foundation and it looks gorgeous! as long as people blend it to the neck its fine....some people prefer to look bright and radiant
